What we hold, and why

The short version

We keep what we need to bake your order and bring it to you, and nothing else. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or any third party tracker. We never see your card details, because we do not take card payments. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.

What we collect

If you make an account

• Your name, email address and mobile number. We need these to reach you about an order.
• Gender and date of birth, only if you choose to give them. Both are optional and you can leave them blank or clear them later.
• Addresses you save, so you do not have to type them again.
• Your favourites, the items you have tapped the heart on.
• Your points and wallet history, and your referral code.

If you place an order

• What you ordered and what it cost.
• The name, mobile number and address the order goes to, and any note you add.
• The date you need it and the payment method you chose.

You can order as a guest without an account. We still need a name, a number and an address to deliver.

When you sign in

Sign in is a six digit code sent to your email. There is no password. We store only a one way hash of each code, never the code itself, and it stops working after ten minutes or once it is used. We record the IP address a code was requested from, purely to stop somebody firing off thousands of them, and it is deleted with the code record.

Cookies and what sits in your browser

One cookie, lazizious_session, and only once you are signed in. It keeps you signed in and nothing else. It is httpOnly, so page scripts cannot read it, and it holds a random token whose hash is what we store.

Your basket and your chosen delivery area are kept in your own browser's local storage. They never reach us until you place an order. Clearing your browser data clears them.

There are no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why this site has no cookie banner: there is nothing to ask you about.

Who else sees it

• Our email provider delivers your sign in codes. They receive your email address and the message.
• WhatsApp, when you choose to message us. That conversation is between you and us on Meta's platform and is covered by their privacy policy, not ours. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp unless you tap the button.
• Our hosting and database provider, who store the site and its data on our behalf.

That is the entire list. We share information with nobody else, other than where the law requires it.

Payments

We accept cash on delivery, easypaisa, jazzcash. Card and wallet details are never entered on this website and never reach us. Anything to do with payment is arranged directly with you.

How long we keep it

• Sign in codes: ten minutes, then they are dead.
• Sessions: until they expire or you sign out.
• Orders: kept as our record of what we sold and to whom, which we need for our own accounts.
• Your account: until you ask us to delete it.

What you can ask for

Message us on +92 342 5427537 or email [email protected] and we will:

• tell you what we hold about you,
• correct anything wrong (you can also edit most of it yourself in your account),
• delete your account and the personal details attached to it.

Deleting an account removes your details, your addresses, your favourites and any remaining points or wallet credit. We keep the bare record of orders already placed, because we need it for our own books, with your personal details removed from it where we can.

Children

This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us their details, tell us and we will remove them.

Changes

If this changes we will update the date at the top. If it changes in a way that matters, we will say so rather than hope you notice.
