How ordering works

Placing an order

Adding items and checking out sends us a request, not a contract. We confirm every order in chat with the final price and a time slot, and it is only agreed once we both say so. If we cannot make something on the date you need, we will tell you before anything is charged.

Your order number is what we both quote. Keep it, especially if you ordered as a guest, because it is how you can come back to your confirmation.

Prices

Menu prices are a starting point. Sizes, finishes and custom work change them, so the price we confirm in chat is the price. We are not registered for sales tax, so there is no tax line and nothing is added on top of what we quote.

How far ahead

For ready items, next-day. For custom celebration cakes, around 3 days, because they are designed and made for you from scratch. We will always tell you honestly if a date is not possible.

Delivery and pickup

We deliver to the areas listed in the picker, and each one has its own fee and earliest day. If your area is not there we do not reach it yet, and the honest answer is that we would rather say so than send a cake on a journey it will not survive. Tell us where you are and we will let you know when we get there.

Pickup is welcome. We share the spot and a time in chat.

Paying

Cash on delivery, Easypaisa, JazzCash. Nothing is taken through this website and no card details are ever entered here. Payment is arranged directly with us, on delivery or on pickup unless we agree otherwise. For custom cakes we may ask for an advance in future, and if we do we will say so before you commit.

Changing or cancelling

You can cancel from your orders page while an order is still placed or confirmed. Once we have started baking it we cannot, because the ingredients are already in it, so please message us as early as you can.

Cancelling returns any points and wallet credit the order used, exactly as they were, and takes back the points it would have earned. If it was the order that paid a referral bonus, that bonus is taken back from both accounts, yours and your friend's, and paid again on another order of yours that goes ahead. Anything taken back that was already spent leaves that balance below zero until new points or credit make it up.

If something is wrong

Tell us the day it arrives, with a photo if you can. If we got it wrong we will put it right: remake it, or refund it to your wallet or however you paid. We would rather hear about it than not.

Allergies, and what else is in our kitchen

Everything is made in one kitchen that also handles nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten and soy. We take care, but we cannot promise that any item is free of traces of them. If you have an allergy, tell us before you order and we will be straight with you about whether we can safely make what you want.

Points

• You earn 5 points for every Rs 100 you spend on items.
• One point is worth Rs 1 off a future order.
• You can start spending them from 100 points.
• They cover at most 20 percent of the items on an order, and you do not earn points on the part paid with points.
• Points belong to an account. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Wallet credit

• Wallet credit is real rupees off an order. It comes from referring a friend (Rs 200 each, paid once their first order is placed, and taken back if that order is cancelled), from a refund, or from us putting something right.
• It can pay for delivery as well as for items.
• It does not expire.
• It cannot be withdrawn as cash or moved to another account. It is credit with us.

Your account

Sign in is a code emailed to you, so keep access to your email address safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Tell us if you think somebody else has got into your account. We may close an account that is being used to abuse referral credit or to place orders in bad faith.

Photographs

Photographs on this site show our work and our style. A cake made by hand is never identical twice, and a custom design is our interpretation of what you asked for. We will always show you the plan before we bake something bespoke.
